1. Advance Payment Policy

  • All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins.
  • The advance payment confirms the project, blocks our resources, and allows us to start planning and design.
  • Work will not start without the advance payment.

2. Customization & Pricing Policy

  • Our packages include standard features as mentioned on the website.
  • Additional customization, extra features, pages, or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
  • Any increase in price due to customization will be clearly communicated and approved by the client before execution.

3. Project Process & Approval

  • The website and digital assets will be shared with the client for review and feedback.
  • Minor revisions are included as per the selected package.
  • Once the website design and content are finalized and approved, the project moves to the hosting and deployment stage.

4. Final Payment Policy

  • The remaining 50% payment must be completed after final approval and before website deployment on the domain.
  • The website will be made live only after full payment is received.

5. Login Credentials & Ownership

  • Website login credentials (admin panel, hosting access, or related logins) will be shared only after 100% payment completion.
  • After full payment, the client will have full ownership of the website files and access credentials (as applicable).

6. Domain & Hosting Policy

  • Domain and hosting charges are NOT included in the package price unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Domain and hosting can be:
    • Purchased by the client directly, or
    • Arranged by Webino Technologies at an additional cost (if requested).
  • Renewal of domain and hosting is the client's responsibility unless covered under a separate agreement.

7. Marketing & Content Creation Policy

  • Ad Budget: The service price (e.g., ₹3,000) covers our *service fee* for creating content and managing ads. The actual ad budget (paid to Facebook/Instagram) is extra and must be paid by the client directly to the platform.
  • Content Revisions: We provide up to 2 rounds of revisions for videos and posters. Further changes will be charged extra.
  • Performance: While we optimize ads for the best results, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales, as this depends on market demand and platform algorithms.
  • Source Files: The package includes the final high-quality video/image files. Editable project files (Canva links, AI sources) are not included unless agreed upon separately.

8. Digital Contract Agreement

  • For project clarity and protection of both parties, a digital agreement/confirmation may be required.
  • By proceeding with the project and making the advance payment, the client agrees to the project scope, pricing, and these terms.

9. Delays & Client Responsibilities

  • Project timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client.
  • Delays caused by missing information or approvals from the client may affect delivery timelines.

10. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially completed work.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Webino Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  • Updated terms will be reflected on the website.
